We ask about HOA requirements as part of every North Natomas quote, because showing up with a truck that violates a covenant is the fastest way to turn a smooth move into a dispute with a property manager. The upside of new construction is that the homes themselves are movers' homes: wide driveways, three-car garages, and street layouts built for modern vehicles rather than retrofitted around a 1920s grid.
